Good afternoon everyone! Can you believe it, my work week is over already, it’s such a wonderful feeling. But, since I have a ton of things to do this afternoon like clean, laundry, the dishes and kickball I gotta hurry up and go through the last few days of food! Just as an FYI this isn’t all that I have eaten, but it’s a good idea. Enjoy!
Saturday morning, I went to bootcamp with my mom and decided to try this bar for a pre-workout meal.

I got this as a sample from the wonderful people at Amazing Grass. When I first opened it, it looked like a larabar. But, when I bit into it I liked it more than the larabar. The consistency of the bar was dead on, you really could feel the texture of each ingredient. I have had some bars before where it tastes like mush, but this one did not! It was so good, I cannot even begin to explain how much I enjoyed this. I am really excited that I have 2 more though!

Saturday night, I had a baptism to go to and then we went to summerfest. Of course I forgot my camera, but let me tell you it’s probably a good thing since it was raining! For breakfast on Monday, I had some greek yogurt, granola and a cup of coffee. For lunch, I had a PB&J with strawberries, carrots and a granola bar. And for dinner, we went over to my brother’s house to have dinner with him and my other brother who was here from CA. We actually had a really great dinner. It included chicken kabobs with a greek salad and pita bread. For dessert, I brought a fruit tart. The evening was a success as usual, but it always stinks to say goodbye….
Now back to some pictures. Tuesday morning, I made breakfast to go. It included eggbeaters with peppers, onions and muchrooms with 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and a cup of coffee.

Lunch was a salad made with lettuce, carrots, peppers, onions, and tofu. The tofu always adds a little something extra to my salads.

Tuesday night, I went to the brewer game for my friends birthday and didn’t take any pictures… I know I suck! But, to sum it up I ate WAY too much food! Oh well, will make up for it later
Wednesday morning, I decided to make a smoothie. This smoothie had ice, orange juice, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, a banana, some truvia and an Amazing Grass Pomegranate Mango Infusion Meal. I seriously think I am addicted! This keeps me full all the way until lunch without having to have a morning snack.

For lunch, I had a tofu and bb sammy with carrots, an apple and a pb cookie.

For dinner last night we decided to just have some turkey wraps. My wrap included lettuce, mayo and some Salisto Boars Head Turkey. Have you ever had this kind before? If you haven’t you should, it is perfectly spicy!

Along with my wrap, I had carrots and Mr. Kripers that I won from Danica’s contest. Mr. Krispers are so good and gluten free! Check em out!

For dessert last night I had some caramel corn and jello. I know what a great combo! This morning for breakfast it was time for another smoothie. This time I decided to try the Chocolate powder by Amazing Grass. I also added some oatmeal (to thicken it up), vanilla, strawberries and 2 whole bananas.

Here is everything ready to get blended up!

And here was the final product. This one rocked my world! The combination of chocolate/banana/strawberry is the best. I think I am officially hooked on the smoothie trend. But, thats all I have for now, have a great day
