Who is glad it is finally Friday? This girl! I am in need of a run after work and a good nights sleep tonight. I feel like I have been running on empty the last few days and it’s not a great feeling. With that being said let me go back to my eats from Wednesday. I am sorry to report that I did not take pictures on Wednesday night. Michelle and I went to the Brewer game and ate Subway for dinner in the parking lot. Along with my sub I had an apple and a few beers before and during the game. Thursday morning, I had another Amazing Grass Smoothie and oatmeal, same as the day before!

Yesterday afternoon, I had the other half to my Subway sub which was made with 9-grain oat bread, turkey, ham, lettuce, green pepper, onions and black olives! I also had an apple to go with my sub for lunch. When I got home, dinner was a quick and easy decision. We had kickball at 7 so we had to figure out what we could throw together. It is for times like these that I am glad I have frozen vegetable on hand at all times.
For dinner, I mixed 1 package of mixed vegetables with a little bit of corn. I then took some brown rice and cooked it up on the stove, thawed a few shrimp from the freezer and threw it all together for this:

After dinner, it was time for kickball. Needless to say we lost, our team has been in a funk lately and we cannot seem to get out of it. Oh well, maybe next week we will be better. When we got home, I snacked on a few pieces of sugar free candy I got while in Vegas:

And, for my breakfast this morning I toasted up two pieces of whole wheat bread, topped them with PB2 and grabbed a peach and some blueberries to eat on my way to work.

Do you see my bread? The piece curled up in the toaster because it was so thin and little from being the last piece in the loaf! But, that’s all I have for now, I should be back later to post my lunch and dinner (maybe tomorrow). Have a great day

Peach rings! That is my friend’s fave candy, so I have grown to like them since she has a constant stock:)
